Dear Employees and Stakeholders,
As Anatolia Hospital, we adopt compliance with the policies and rules regarding working life as our basic principle. In this direction, we work through open and transparent communication with all our partners. We have an Ethics Hotline for our employees, local communities and all parties with whom we maintain a business relationship (suppliers, subcontractors, subcontractor employees, employers, business partners, etc.) to report behaviors that violate the Code of Conduct or Company Policies and to receive advice on matters of doubt in this area.
Our employees and all relevant stakeholders can report any concerns that they cannot resolve through discussions with their managers or local project management to our Ethics Hotline or our Ethics email address.
When such concerns arise, we recommend that employees first consult with their supervisors. If their concerns are not resolved in this way, employees can reach us by e-mail or by using the phone number below.

The Ethics Hotline is committed to the principle of protecting confidentiality as much as possible and sanctions against well-intentioned individuals who report are strictly prohibited.
The Ethics Hotline can be accessed between 09:00 - 17:00 on weekdays and between 09:00 - 12:00 on Saturdays.
