To ensure Compliance with Legal Regulations: Personal data of patients and their relatives are transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, especially the Ministry of Health, Social Security Institution, Provincial Health Directorate, to provide information and to carry out financial and accounting activities. The data is shared with banks in the process of creating payment plans and with the certified financial advisor from whom external services are received in accounting processes to carry out financial and accounting activities, personal data of patients and their relatives.


To collect Health Service Fee: The personal data requested by the insurance company, including the health data of patients who wish to benefit from private health insurance, is shared with the relevant insurance company to carry out the collection process and financial and accounting activities. The Insurance Company that the patient benefits from may request images related to the procedure performed (such as surgery images). These images, which are not routinely taken in the provision of health services, may be recorded upon the request of the relevant Insurance Company and with the consent of the Patient and transferred to the authorized Insurance Company on CD. We remind you that we are not the decision-maker in the process of taking these records, that we destroy the images after a limited period of time and that you should apply to the Insurance Company from which you receive service for your claims on your images.


To provide information and promote Current Diagnosis and Treatment Methods: Personal data of patients and their relatives are shared with contracted agencies and social platforms by obtaining explicit consent from these persons or upon their specific request and are used in information documents prepared by the Hospital.


Emergency Management: In case of emergencies, travel companies, funeral companies, hotels and consulates with which the patient is connected are notified by minimizing the personal data of the relevant patient and his/her relatives.


Judicial and Official Audit Processes: Data is shared with lawyers to resolve legal disputes or to meet judicial requests. Data belonging to patients and their relatives are made accessible to auditors with whom a confidentiality agreement is concluded during audit processes.

Data belonging to patients and their relatives are provided by these persons and processed in the patient registration systems of the Hospital staff.
