To collect Health Service Fee: The personal data requested by the insurance company, including the health data of patients who wish to benefit from private health insurance, is shared with the relevant insurance company to carry out the collection process and financial and accounting activities. The Insurance Company that the patient benefits from may request images related to the procedure performed (such as surgery images). These images, which are not routinely taken in the provision of health services, may be recorded upon the request of the relevant Insurance Company and with the consent of the Patient and transferred to the authorized Insurance Company on CD. We remind you that we are not the decision-maker in the process of taking these records, that we destroy the images after a limited period of time and that you should apply to the Insurance Company from which you receive service for your claims on your images.
